According to the Community Board 9 website, the filming of the new Nicolas Cage movie, “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice”, which  began in April, will end on May 15th.  Apparently, there have been some mishaps in connection with the tapings in Manhattan.  Hopefully, that misfortune has and will not spill over to their Crown Heights film site.
The filming is taking place on Bedford Avenue between Union and President Streets.  Filminginbrooklyn.com has already posted some additional scoop on the shoot.  Get your popcorn, pen and autograph book ready.
