Why-fi in Brower Park? Why not?

Apparently the city’s Department of Information and Technology has recently announced a new program to add Wifi in various parks across the city, including in 8 parks in Brooklyn.  While we could not determine whether Brower Park or St. Johns Park would be included in the ranks, we are curious what residents think of the idea.
