And if I must say so myself the bagels just amazing, staff usually very attentive and coffee gives me just enough kick to start off my day but not too strong where I feel completely wired. I've had all three coffees, and seriously, Bristen's makes a better cup than any other place on the strip. Admittedly, Breukelen's coffee will have you in the stratosphere after two sips, but I've predictably crashed so terribly from their coffee, it hardly seems worth it. The wit in Pulp and Bean seems so forced, and their coffee is often burnt tasting. Bristen's has been around for two years I believe, and for good reason.
