In addition to Brownstoner’s recent news that the development at 892 Bergen Street is back on the market, we recently spotted this development going up at 823 Classon Ave., right around the corner from Abigail’s.

From the information on Property Shark, it appears that the land was purchased in 2007 and is being developed into a 24 unit condominium, which is expected to be completed this spring.

The first floor of the condo has  a community use space for sale.  Hmm … let’s see what develops.
