“Crown Heights is Cookin’ combines two of Brooklyn’s most flavorful ‘ingredients’—its title of Culinary Capital of America and our diversity, which is well represented by these outstanding young women from the Crown Heights community. Bravo to the Crown Heights Community Meditation Center, the Jewish Community Council and the UJA-Federation of New York for helping to put Crown Heights on the ‘front burner’ and turning Brooklyn into Cook-lyn!”

The Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) is a partnership between the Crown Heights Community Mediation Center and Crown Heights Jewish Community Council who are beneficiaries of  UJA-Federation of New York’s Commission on the Jewish People’s Community Connections Grant.
