Here’s what we were allotted yesterday at the Central Brooklyn CSA. We didn’t need eggs this week, so I sold mine to someone who wanted a dozen. I was tempted to take them because there were a lot of blue eggs in today’s shipment, and they taste so good. We also got our first batch of fruit – red and green plums, and nectarines. I am enjoying this so much. They’re talking about doing a winter CSA with root veggies, chicken and eggs. I hope they do because the quality and taste is just indescribable.
