New Pet Store – Paws and the City – To Open in Crown Heights

Passed by a new soon-to-open pet store on St. Johns just off of Nostrand last night. Unfortunately, the owner was not around, so we couldn’t get much info, other than what is on the awning “organic and holistic nutrition – pet sitting – dog walking – pet essentials.” As a reprieve from the loud signage that screams out all over Nostrand, this awning is tastefully done. Funny enough, this store used to be occupied by one of the stores that got shut down in the big drug sting. Good riddance.

I saw the little sign on Nostrand the other day. Thanks for the info. As a dog owner, it will be nice to have this around the corner. I hope they do well.
Thank God! Tried of going to my old neighborhood in Park Slope for holistic kitty food!
