Speaking of the borders of Crown Heights – we recently came across this short video by Rapid Realty (located on Franklin Avenue) about the neighborhood.  In it, they discuss the neighborhood’s border “controversy”.   Overall, we thought the vid was well done and holistic (surprisingly and refreshingly) about the neighborhood.  Interesting, given the negative critiques of Rapid that we have read online.  Also found some positive reviews here.  But we digress… Also they appear to be one of the few brokerage companies to buck the realtor trend and place the border of Crown Heights at Washington Ave rather than further east.
