Spotted this new bakery on the corner of Prospect Place and Nostrand Avenue recently – the sign reads “New Apache Bakery” and it looks like in addition to baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pastries and breads, they will be serving coffee, tea, and of course … patties.

It is a neighborhood of mansions, projects and historic districts. Crown Heights is so much fuller than what is currently available in the media and we wanted to create a space to honor that. Thus, Nostrand Park was born.
